Default Biggest intercooler that will fit on a 95 civic sedan and hatch

Im starting to build a b18b1 vtec/turbo that will eventually go into my 95ex sedan or into an eg hatch, im wondering tho how parge of an intercooler could i put on either without much structural modification?

Any decent size intercooler will require you to remove the bumper support.

Well as for the structural modification, your going to either have to trim or cut your crash bar off if you have a pretty large intercooler. You really need to specify what your hp goals are. For example you dont need a 600hp intercooler if your only aiming for 300hp. Bigger isn't always better. My friend just got a go autoworks intercooler, its capable up to 500hp and he didnt need to cut his crash bar and still has A/C. So first decide what your hp goals are and go from there as for the size your going to need.

This car not going above 400hp
