Long story short, my integra was stolen about 2 years ago and I had Rota Slips on it. The thieves took the Rotas and used their own set of rims and then were caught driving it. So, I had the car sitting for a while and decided to inspect the rims...I don't want to jump to conclusions, but are these REAL Racing Hart Type-C Tracers?

 

Yes, those are real Racing Hart Type-C Tracers. They are missing centercaps, though.

 

if you don"t mind me asking, how can you tell? The Hart inscribed on the inside?

 

That "Hart" stamp on the back, as well as some other key stamps I can see in the pictures are a tell-tale sign of them being legitimate.
