FS/FT: 1998 Honda Civic EX - Type R - **MINT**
This thread IS NOT a discussion about if you like the car or the price I'm asking. It's simply about me selling the car. Please respect that. :-)
1998 Honda Civic EX
136,000 miles on car....MUCH LESS ON THE MOTOR (see below for details)
Oil changed regularly and with only synthetic oil
Over $10,000 in upgrades
All motor work and tuning done by LHT Performance

Under the hood:
Block - B18C1 with Type R Pistons and Rings. Block was purchased brand new by the previous owner. He used it for 20k miles. After I purchased the motor, I replaced the pistons and rings with brand new B18C5 (Type R) pistons and rings. Since replacing the pistons and rings, the motor has only been used for 9k miles.
Oil Pan - Purchased brand new, and only used for 9k miles.
Head - Type R Head. Head was purchased brand new by the previous owner. He used it for 20k miles. After I purchased the motor, I replaced the following parts with all brand new parts. Skunk2 Pro Series Valve Springs and Retainers. Skunk2 Tuner Series Stage 2 Camshafts. Skunk2 Pro Series Adjustable Cam Gears. Mugen Head Gasket. OEM Honda Timing Belt and Water Pump. OEM Honda Spark Plug Wires. NGK Spark Plugs. Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket. Spoon Sports Thermostat. Since replacing all of these parts, the motor has only been used for 9k miles.
Transmission - Integra Type R Transmission with Limited Slip Differential (LSD). I purchased this transmission BRAND NEW. It has 0 grinds or any issues whatsoever.
Clutchmaster Clutch
Accessories - Mugen Reservoir Covers/Socks. Spoon Sports Radiator Cap. Spoon Sports Magnetic Drain Plugs (Oil and Tranny). Carbon Fiber Spark Plug Cover. Civic Type R Oil Cap.
Other Power Adders - Custom Intake by LHT Performance with Carbon Fiber Heatshield. Skunk2 Header. Apexi WSII Exhaust System. Straight Pipe (No catalytic converter)
Suspension:
Ground Control Adjustable Coil Overs
KYB Adjustable Shocks

K-Tuned Traction Bar
Brakes:
4 wheel disc brake upgrade. Front brakes have AEM pads. Rear brakes were replaced with all new components only 2k miles ago

All emblems have been removed and filled PROFESSIONALLY! The emblem removal was done by Superior Auto Body. If you don't know who Superior is, they are rated one of the best in the country every single year.
Interior:
The interior of the car is in MINT CONDITION, just like the rest of the car.

Kenwood KVT-514 - AM/FM/CD/DVD/MP3 plus Navigation. Full touchscreen control with excellent navigation. Navigate, listen to the radio, watch movies, usb flash drive, listen to mp3's, view pictures, listen to CD's and much more.

Top notch Alpine Alarm System

Brand new A/C Compressor installed only 2k miles ago.
Brand new A/C belt installed only 5k miles ago.
Brand new Alternator belt installed only 5k miles ago.
**I also have everything needed to convert the dash/radio area to the 99-00 style. We could work that into the deal too.**
