At 315k miles of freeway driving, my headlight lenses are very pitted and dim now. OEM headlamps are a minimum of $115 each, $160 for the whole assy. My question is, has anyone used a good quality aftermarket replacement that looks and fits the same as OEM?

 

Check on craigslist or your local junk yard for some OEM replacements. Theyre made of glass so you should be okay.

As for as aftermarket replacements, theyre okay. Fitment wise they fit perfect. Sometimes they can condensate from the inside but for the most part theyre fine. Id rather buy used OEM though.
