Did you ever notice if your check engine light was flashing when you were driving with the engine under load (up a hill or under acceleration) or at higher RPMs? Did you ever notice any hesitation while driving? if so how long has this been going on? Or was it instant with no previous indicators?

P1399 or was it P1300? P1300 is a random misfire code. Set off by any misfire issue.
P0300 - same Random
P0302 - Cylinder 2 misfire
P0304 - Cylinder 4 misfire

Randome issue could be;
EGR system
Fuel system
Ignition system
IAC valve
Contaminated fuel / lack of fuel

The cylinder specific cuts it down to;
Fuel injector/circuit
Ignition system
Low cylinder compression
Improper valve adjustment

Start wit the easy stuff and work your way down. Check your plugs, wires, cap and rotor for unusual wear. If you have a volt meter you can run some tests on your ignition Coil and ignitor. Check to make sure that your fuel injector plugs are clean and secure.
