Default Idle problem

I have a 93 hatch with a b18 with a gsr trans running a chipped 72 with stock ls map, now my problem is when I push the the car hard and come to a stop the idle drops to about 400 and bounces until I turn the car off and start it back up. When I drive the car normal it doesn't do it and idles at 750. Any ideals on what it could be?

Clean IACV
Check for vacuum leaks
Open up the FITV under the TB and screw it all the way in.

It's like if I rev all the gear up to 5k rpm when I come to a stop it starts surging at 500 to 400 rpms. Any help?

The dizzy wont mess up the speed. Mine has a cel with 9 blinks thats for the dizzy. Maybe yours is a different problem but I have the same idleing problem as you. One way you can tell if its the dizzy is if your hitting it about to reach your rev limit and rpms bounce just before reaching it. My idles start to bounce as well when running and I turn on the ac after driving for a while.

Ok I tried what you said but it rev fine all the way up to the rev limiter, but once I let the throttle go it drop to 400 and starting bogging up and down. Also notticed driving in traffic today the idle going up and down between 1000 and 1300. I think my fiac is getting stuck so ima try to clean it out tomorrow.
