I was planning on running at the season opener this year (since last year was a BLAST) but someone bought my car. I'm racecar carless now so I have to get my speed addiction

So let's hear it from the HC racers in socal!! How as this year's event? Who won Sat? Who won Sunday? What were the fastest lap times? And from whom? Who all raced? How many HC racers? Anyone new? Any vids? Everyone in H2? Any H1 racers? How did the new "HC socal Director (lol) do at his first event as director? C'mon!! Gimme some HC love!!

My car will be at Buttonwillow in April with its new owner in H2 form again! Look out, I hear he's smokin' fast!!

I believe Benny's title to be SoCal HC Group LEADER....Director is a bit much.....He did great.

 

I drove out on Saturday to watch the race.a less than exciting finish since the pace car led the pack across the finish line due to a mazda that died out on the track. Sam's crx took first. everyone looked strong out there.

I also enjoyed the bmw e30 race that was taking place at the same time.

 

I guess it was a small turnout at Cal Speedway. But I hear Ryan F. was back behind the wheel. Good luck at BW

 

1 and 2 finish for my engines Sunday! Congrats Benny and Ryan for one of the closest finishes in a long time. I hope to get back out there very soon!
