Motor re-built 3/2011 by a certified shop, approximately 2000 miles ago (very few miles put on in the last year). Parts replaced during re-build: OEM Acura Full Head Gasket set, Oil Pan gasket, Spark Plugs (NGK I believe), Water Pump, Crankshaft Seal, Radiator Hoses, Drive Belts, Oil/Oil Filter, and Coolant.

Appraised in 2007 for $21,500 (at 54xxx miles but before a lot of upgrades too), a copy of the appraisal is included with purchase!
ISSUES
There are very few issues with this vehicle and they are pretty minor. But I'm listing EVERYTHING I know so please be sure you understand the condition of the vehicle, ask any questions as necessary.
1) The dome light in the vehicle does not work, I have not diagnosed it except to say it's not the fuse.
2) The rear trunk latch does not work, you have to use the key to open the rear hatch.
3) The old muffler on the car was installed a little too close to the rear bumper so a little of the plastic edging was eroded just a bit around the muffler area of the bumper. You can't tell unless you look from underneath and there is a rubber molding I put around it. A new muffler has been put on and installed away from the bumper so the problem doesn't exist now. The damage is small in size and again, you can't tell unless you're looking from below.
4) Slight curb rash here and there on the wheels, 1 of the 4 is a 6 out of 10 I'd say, the other 3 wheels are an 8-9 out of 10.
5) The paint on the fenders are in good condition but if you want them perfect, they could use a respray. Again, they look very good, but they're not 100% perfect. No more than normal wear and tear for sure!
Total price....$15K out the door everything included. Not forced to sell so pretty unwilling to go any lower

Everything is OEM expect for headers and intake. AC blows cold and PS works fine. Any other questions feel free to ask.

This includes it's maiden voyage from Maryland to South Carolina, from South Carolina to Michigan, from South Carolina to Missouri, and countless trips from South Carolina to middle Tennesse and Charlotte. The car averages 29-30 in the city and 30-33 on the highway. With the OEM suspension parts in place the car is very fun to drive and I have enjoyed owning it. A recent change in location is prompting the sale of this car.

Looking to downsize my Itr collection down to 1 from the 3 that i had at one point in time. The 99 itr is gone to a good home so lets find this 2001#1111 a good home aswell. Kepping the best model year my 97 Itr and also getting married and looking for a house that would be another reason for this sale. I want to sell this as a rolling chassis or whole whatever works for the other party. Was bought as a rolling shell from Chicago area it does have a clean title however there was a break in and the interrior was stolen with original arm rest but the number of her is 1111now residing in Canada you should be able to bring it back no problems and shouldn't pay any duties as it's been done already once. I hardly ever drive this thing it has a turbo motor the setup gave me all sorts of problems as my manifold would crack the fabricator did awfull job it was never properly lined up with the turbo. Asking $8000 for a rolling shell this will include the original tranny that came with this car as the og owner fudged up the motor but still had the tranny or $15000 for everything motor is fully built spent over 10k have receipts for everything darton sleeved je pistons eagle rods ferrea valve train and components, .5mm oversized valves. Contact for full specs. Kkk k3t topfuel japan turbocharger. I believe it's got 78k miles. Spoon springs with oem shocks. Rota wheels are gone and the white wheels going on my 97 Itr
