Does this relay look fried, because its hard to tell if theres any cracked solder

Thats not really helpful, he would need to either get the FSM to test a main relay (not a video on testing common relay) or search for "Main relay" on google or here.

An example would be:

There might be other sites that have similar info since the link above does not tell which version of the Main relay they are testing. Search this site since it has diagnostic info as well.

 

Put into friends EK, started just fine. Alternator+battery, hopefully not+ all wiring.
