Default "g23v" guys please come in

its finally about time for me to start getting things rounded up to build my motor. i'm still trying to decide what to do. so if you guys that have been rolling the g23v's don't mind tell me about your set up.

1. how many miles do you have on it
2. does it use oil
3. what rpm do you turn it to and is it a DD car
4. what kinds of issues have you had along the way, from gasket leaks to just what ever.

thank you.

i have a f23 block with a scored up crank so i have to find a new crank. i'm trying to decide if i want to just run a 55mm h22 crank or a h23 crank or just go with the f23 crank. this is the reason for the thread. i want to be able to turn to 7-8000 depending on where power drops off and not have to worry about it. cost was a concern with the f23 but now rods for it are as cheap as every other honda rod.

according to the spec page there are two versions. one with 50 one with 55. but i think if i can find a f23 crank i will just use it. i would still like to know how these things are doing in the long run for people.
