Default 07 accord v6 slips out of 5th gear on freeway

I have 2007 accord v6 SE with aprox. 65k miles. the problem I have is that my car seemed to slip out of 5th gear on a freeway at about 70 mph. This has happened to me twice and both times I was about the same speed. Can you guys tell me what could be wrong with this gear? I am hoping my transmission is not about to go bad but I would like your thoughts on this issue. Thanks.

Just to add to my previous issue, gears shifts very smoothly and I don't have issues with 2nd and 3rd gears as honda had common problems with 03-04 accords.

Could need a fluid change or top off, could be a pressure switch or a torque converter going bad. Pretty sure there is a software update for the pgmfi and at available from Honda for your car. Check with your dealer and have them rein a vin status, I had a similar issue on my old 04 auto v6 and it was a bad battery ground on the body side of the negative cable

did you mean a Transmission fluid change? and also how can I check for a pressure switch? I did have engine sign came on for one day and then it went off before I could even have it check for engine codes.

No it wasn't a downshift for sure. The first time when it happened, my rpm went upto like 4k but when second time this happened, for second I felt like my car was going to stop and all lights came on in my dash.

well... I think that is slipping, not dropping out of gear.
