ecu code help: code 22-vtec oil pressure or vtec system malfunction

I have seen from two different sources, one says its vtec system malfunction, and the other, more popular answer is vtec oil pressure. I have a 91 integra with a 1st gen b16 and a pr3 ecu. I know i dont have an ef, but i have a common swap in ef land, and no one in the integra forum helps cause they all have 94 + tegs. thanks.

code 22 is VTEC oil pressure
defective circuit or unplugged / defective oil pressure switch
