Default opinions and comments on ek suspension...

hey what up i got a 00 ek hatch and am going to be re-doing my suspension heres is a list of whta i got so far:
  1. AMR coilovers (hopefully getting done soon) thanks andy
  2. Function 7 LCA's
  3. Function 7 subframe brace
  4. CTR 22mm rear sway bar
  5. PLM x-bar
  6. gsr rear disc
  7. polyurethane bushing kit (i know people dont like them but i got the whole kit for cheap and they are better than oem)
  8. front strut bar (no name brand)

thats what i have so far and i was wondering what you guys thought about the setup and if i owuld need a camber kit to go along with these upgrades?? if so which one would you guys recommend or have used?? the car is going to be a DD and tracked from time to time but eventually will be a full track car...let me know what you guys think and all opinions and constructive criticism will be appreciated...negative comments also welcome its your opinion thanks everyone

here is what the car looks like at the moment just dropped on some ebay brand cheap *** coilovers...the wheels are going to get replaced with RPF-1's or 949 wheels still not decided...thanks agian

You probably don't need a camber kit if youre going to daily the car in addition to doing a few track days a year. Usually you only need camber kits if you need to run a lot of negative camber (which in your case you dont).

The EK chassis does like to gain negative camber in the rear, you can fix that by putting washers between the unibody and the rear upper control arm mounting surface. Google "civic washer trick."

Don't bother with the x bar, or the strut bar.

A X bar may do something, but in my opinon not nearly enough to justify spending how much some of the cost. The cheaper ones are simply for looks.
The same goes for the front strut bar, those no name 2 point bars are a total and complete waste of money.

if you want a strut bar, look at a PWJDM 3 point, or a nuespeed bar. I have the neuspeed and like like it.

Don't bother with a X bar.

If you want the car to be rigid then weld in a full roll-cage.
