Default How to figure out what Disc brake conversion is on my car?

Hello all, I have a 92 eg vx with 4X114 lug pattern (f&r) and disc conversion on back. Now i bought the car this way and have been trying to figure out how to tell what these brakes are off of. I want to replace the rotors and im puzzed on what to buy?

Here is what i know so far:
Rear trailing arms have DC2 (Not sure what Dc2 means) written on the arms
Has the ABS Gear thing on backside of rotor area
Rotors are very small looking in rear (2" or so of surface)
4x114 (Found this out when i got tires) I have real itr wheels, but they are polished which was puzzling. All the stamps are correct. So not sure what these came from either.

I would also like to know how to tell what the front are off of aswell? Is there a measurement or something i can run with?

I also change the brake lines awhile back and used the 92-95 si lines and fit with no issues.

Please dont flame this... Im a noob i know. Just good info please and thanks in advanced. If this has been discussed before please post link!

DC2 is just the chassis code for a Integra.

4x114 was found on 96 spec JDM ITR's.

92-96 Prelude SI front rotors, regular DC rear rotors re-drilled to 4x114
