Looking to buy this 2000 accord and the mechanic that did the inspection on it says none of the windows roll down from either the main control or each door.

If that main control on the drivers door is busted will it cause all the other ones to not work?? My common sense is telling me no, but the mechanic is saying that's how it's setup.

Only thing that comes to mind is a bad fuse or all the regulators are busted
