KYB AGX shock with "_________" is the best suspension setup!!!
KYB AGX shock with "_________" is the best suspension setup for DD!!!
Can anyone fill in the blank with a reasonable answer?
1) This 93 Hatch will be strictly daily driven and never for track use
2) I want my vehicle to be lower up to 1.5 inches because these shock will not be able to withstand anything lower than 1.5 inch drop and anything lower than 1.5 is too low for me also.
Although the main goal about lowering a vehicle is for performance, not to look nice, i want a suspension set-up that will ride smooth as stock while the vehicle lowered.
I have done tons of research and come across a few set up but i am still unsure. Please help.

Tein S. Techs would be perfect for you. They can be found for ~$160-180
That or a setup from Ground Control with rates you like.

I ran KYB AGXs with H&R Sport springs and they looked perfect imo and rode pretty smoothly. They should give you the drop you are looking for too.
For a DD, it is the best setup, from a comfort, longevity, and cost standpoint.
Honestly, if you want a mild lowering and the best ride quality, I would suggest Koni Sport shocks (Yellows) with the circlip moved to the lower position paired with stock springs.
If you already have the shocks, it isn't the cheapest answer, but I would still say it is the best solution, especially since "ride smooth as stock" was in the list of requirements. The only way to get stock ride quality is with stock spring rates. Anything stiffer will provide less "smoothness". The cheapest answer while keeping those shocks is a used set of Eibach lowering springs, but they're still going to be 15% to 30% (depending on which exact springs) stiffer than stock to support the lowered ride height.
