Need Help with camshaft installation (Bay Area)??

Just wondering does any of the Bay Area R owners know how to install camshafts, valve springs and retainers?(Skunk2)..They have been sitting in my room for 4 months after i bought them...NOW I want to get them installed... All these shops around here cost an arm and a leg...Any Takers?
