Default squishy brake pedal?

Hey guys, I have a 94 integra that I did a brake line tuck in and I am having a squishy brake pedal. If I press on it hard (or have to stop quickly) its fine, say if I am going down a hill and just press on it lightly it will gradually go to the floor. I have bleed my brakes multiple times. I have no leaks and its brand new fluid. Would this be my brake booster or master cylinder?

Thanks

are you losing any brake fluid. master cylinder could possibly leaking internal, to test it start clamping brake hose one at a time to see if brake pedal does go down.

the brakebooster was wet at one point, but i had a washer on the one stud side and not the other. so i took it off and i dont think it leaks anymore. maybe ill just get a new master before i go and get a new brake booster and no no brakes lines leak.

Bro i have the same problem but it only happens whenever am about to drive my car in the morning ... I have to pump on the brake pedal for the car to actually get brakes. I changed the master cylinder, bleed the lines and it still didnt get fixed.

A washer on 1 side won't have anything to do with a fluid leak. The only place fluid should get in/out is the reservoir cap. A lot of times people don't notice a leaking MC because the fluid just pools inside the booster. The slowly sinking pedal, if you're sure there's no air in the lines, sounds like a bad MC (fluid bypassing the seals internally).
