Default Oil drain bolt - how many washers?

Just did a oil change on my 5th gen. Replaced the drain bolt with a fresh crush washer and afterwards while getting rid of the old oil I noticed a different colored washer along with my crush washer.

Was this supposed to go back on? Will I be ok without it?

Crush washer is on the left, mystery washer on the right.

funny thing about this washer. i have been using only the drain plug until my most recent oil change. i now have a slight leak from around the drain plug with the factory honda crush washer.

^Sure it's cleaned off enough? Because working at the dealer I've never seen it when done properly, either it's not torqued properly or something else is causing it not to seal.

Sounds like user error.

im gonna get a new pkug from the dealership before i change it again. also clean it good too. i guess it could be just a bit of dirt or some other crap could cause it not to seal. i guess that could be considered user error.
