I need help. My check Engine light has been on since last year. The first shop replaced the catalytic converter and some solonoids. The light still stayed on. This year I tried a new auto repair and they put in a new evap canister, changed some valves, hoses and dropped the fuel tank. The light still keeps coming on. I do smell fuel too. The repair shop is refunding all of my money and sending me to the stealership, I mean dealership. Has anyone come across this before? My car was at the auto repair every week for the last 2 1/2 months until they gave up.
