Tire question
This is gonna sound stupid...here goes
I am going to be trying new tire pressures and see what works well with my Yokohama A032R's on my ITR. I want to know when you should add air to the tires if it needs it or when you should let some out. Everyone says you want to be at 40PSI on all 4 corners HOT.
Let's say i exit the track and take pressures on all 4 tires immediately and get:
LF: 38
RF: 37
LR: 36
RR: 36
So i would want to add 4 pounds of pressure in both rears and 2 in LF and 3 in RF. Do i add this pressure immediately after i measure them or do i wait until they cool off or does it even matter?

I am reading HOT psi because i know that i need to be around 40 on all 4 corners with my setup. The question is should you add air to the tires when they are fresh off the track or should you let the cool all the way down? Or does it matter at all?
