This list doesn't include shift linkage, ecu, axels, etc.

Not crucial but what about cam seals, cap and rotor?

 

Trying to keep cost relatively low so only changing out timing belt, water pump, clutch and plugs while engine is out.

Rest is really required to do the swap.

Your stock Del Sol unit WON'T WORK....neither will the GSR.
