Default 91 ef hatch

Hey guys i am new to this forum, iv got a 91 ef hatch that i just this past weekend swapped out the d15z1 that the previous owner put in for a d15b7. its currently not running correctly. It feels like its very underpowered or choking itself out. i know that the ignition timing is not correct but that will be fixed tonight. also the oil presure sensor plug is not hooked up because the wire wasnt long enough and there is not intake filter on it at the moment. does anybody know what could be causing my motor to run this way?

Two things first....for your cars sake set the ignition timing to the correct specs and put a air filter on it. And second, are you throwing any codes?
