05 Pilot Brakes
Hey guys I recently changed all 4 pads on my 05 pilot and I can't seem to get the squealing to quit any suggestions would help. The were oreilly pads I didn't turn the rotors as they looked good.
did you recondition the surfaces of the rotors (use emery cloth/sandpaper to create swirl marks)
& spray them down with brake cleaner before installing the new pads?
then burnish the rotors-pads so that the new pads are mated to your old rotors?
if not, some of that old material from the other pads may be hindering the burnishing of the new pads to those same rotors
