Car drives in every gear and I pulled the axles hoping to find something with no luck. Car has a MFactory LSD. It seems the loudest in 4th and 5th. Something is deffinately coming apart in the case. Any suggestions before I pull the trans out on what to expect?

Noise is worse than bearing noise LoL. Sounds like a "circus" in there with broken and missing parts.

Update: Had to push the car around in the garage in neutral, and the front wheels will completely lock up!! Start the car and put it in gear, and I can force it to unlock, but with a bog ol "clunk" from the tranny!!
Sounds like a bad diff bearing, diff sounds like wobbling around in the case a bit now, if it's locking up and snapping you've probably ruined the final drive at this point, expect to find broken/chipped teeth on the ring and pinion. Expect something that looks like this:

^ that one didn't go bad from a bad diff bearing, I'm pretty sure it was directly related to wheel hop.

Ya I had some bad wheel hop. The car is stiff, and when it wheel hops, it shakes the **** out of everything for sure.
