i believe you have to go to the dealer with your id and your registration.

only thing is ,iI just purchased this for my son,and he left the lights on,so we're not the original buyers and I don't have previous buyers info.
any other ideas????

Take the serial number and ref code to the dealership along with proof of ownership and they will get you the radio code.
