92 honda civic vx, oxygen sensor help
A little back story. I bought a 92 civic vx hatchback and had a check engine light on already. i got a code for the oxygen sensor but found out that the ecu was switched from a p07 to a p06. i am trying to figure out how to fix this. i bought an engine a harness from a 95 civic ex and matching o2 sensor. will be getting a p28 ecu also out of a 95 civic ex. what do i need to do because i have a fourth main plug on my drivers side.
thanks for any help ahead of time

What engine do you have? If it's still got the original D15Z1 you'll need to get a P07 and a 5 wire O2 sensor if you want it to run right.

If you have the d15z1, you are going to need an ecu out of a VX and the five wire O2 sensor. p28 won't work.
I am parting out my Vx stuff from my 94. I just dropped a gsr in. I have everything but the harness well I have it. It just doesn't have vtec plugs or the vss plug

I have the original harness and engine in it along with the 5 wire o2. I was going to get a bigger intake manifold, and get rid of the egr. Might also swap in a d16z6 eventually. But how much do you want for the p07.
