Default 06 civic si problem

As you guys noticed my Si has a couple problems but heres another one that really pisses me off. So lets say youre at a stop sometimes and you want to take off quick without peeling the car Lags verry hard for about a second and barely pulls. my question is why? and second gear lags a bit too when you floor it. not to mention that the car shifts a little hard in gears for unknown reasons

All in all what im trying to say i feel like the car is lazy as hell 1st and 2nd and to tell you the truth i dont really remember but it wasn't driving like this when i bought it 7 months ago?

ps. forgot to mention that the car has AEM short ram intake and changed the clutch about a 2 months ago

If you have the stock airbox put it back on and try it, I think that is where your hesitation is coming from

Air filter on the intake could be clogged.

Did the problem start after the intake was installed?

sounds like you need more power. Get a header, CAI, exhaust and than invest in flash pro. Say goodbye to all your problems
