tools needed:
12mm socket/rachet, 12mm box wrench
bottom part is bolted down in center part of seat
then youll see where the seat backs are bolted in.

to OP: unlock seat back using key, then theres a bolt on each side. its pretty easy and straight forward. its like only 1 bolt for the bottoms, the hardest part is getting it out. theres 2 lil tabs holding it in place.
