Which tranny w/Turbo?

Which tranny w/Turbo?
If i'm turbocharging my D16Z6 w/a Garrett T3/T04, should I keep the DX tranny that i all ready have (for the long gears), or should i do the SI tranny? I'm Running 195/45ZR15's.
