Default '94 Accord Sedan, mods?!

Hey guys! So i'm new here but I joined because I could use some help.
My boyfriends birthday is approaching and I wanted to get him something for his automatic 1994 Accord.
I was looking at HID headlights or a new exhaust but since I don't own an accord I know pretty much nothing in terms of what is good price wise/quality etc. I know he doesn't want to go all out i.e body kits but I just want to give him something to add on !
Any suggestions/links would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance

Oh and I'm on a budget so nothing too crazy

I'm gonna pick these up sooner or later, not too pricey, would make a perfect gift idea.
Feel free to buy a set for me too btw.

Edit: here's the correct listing for his year, the above link will work for me though

Lowering the car would be fairly cheap and the best bang for your buck in the appearance dept.

Both of these don't appear to be DEPO and have the non-oem style corners....

Would be the correct 'oem-style' replacements to get the JDM blackhousing look. DEPO is pretty good quality and at $130 shipped for both headlights that is a 'budget' item IMO.

I wouldn't ever suggest buying 'budget' suspension, especially on the assumption he's still on stock 150k+ miles shocks. Buying random cheap lowering springs could bring ball joints and other suspension components to an early demise. $500+ is a better budget for suspension, and personally I consider that to be on the cheap end. Koni Yellows alone were $500-600 when I bought them and they don't come with any springs.

for pointing that out about the corners, I didn't notice.

In regards to suspension in the 600 dollar range I have to throw my support out for F&F type 1 coilovers.
As I mentioned to you the other day I recently installed them and have been thrilled with the ride quality.

I have gone the cheap route regarding suspension in the past, ie. coilover sleeves on stock shocks and wanted to avoid the pain, both in ride quality and cost of fixing everything, of that experience again.

I don't see why they get such a bad rap on here as an affordable suspension alternative to $1000 dollar suspension.
That being said, I don't race my car, I don't need track quality performance.

Nothing wrong with Function and Form persay, just I consider those to be on the cheaper end of the 'decent' spectrum which is why I threw out a $500-600 range was a better starting point for suspension. I think I had spent $900 on Koni Yellow and Ground-Controls (Eibach springs) for my Accord when I had it after doing quite a bit of research on the topic. Having a lifetime replacement warranty products also helped sway me.

I'm not by any means suggesting you spend $1500+ on suspension if you're not going for serious stuff. But staying away from random no-name eBay suspension and (IMO) the cookie-cutter Taiwanese suspension (Fortune Auto, DGR, etc.) Supposedly Fortune Auto has a higher-grade suspension using Japanese internals but I have yet to see it.
