Fuel is comin out
Fuel should just return to the tank via the fuel pressure regulator, as the lines are at higher pressure than the injectors use 99% of the time anyways.
Did you loosen up that fitting at any time, causing the little copper o-rings to get damaged? First action I would take is replace the rings on top and bottom of that fitting, and see what it does.

Yeah those are crush washers like the ones used for the oil drain plug, really only meant to be used once especially considering the pressure going through there. They're cheap and the dealer should have them in stock, start there.
As I look at that pic again, shouldn't the hard pipe be going back between where the two sort of lips are on the back of the fuel rail? Possibly the way it is sitting, the bottom can't sit flush with the rail and it leaks?
Good call! It's installed at the wrong rotation

It can be at any orientation and fuel will still flow as it should but the problem is that if you look at your pic that you posted the metal portion of the hose should go between those 2 prongs on the right. It's not sitting flush in the recess making it not seal and leak.
it fits just like this, ive tried different ways, didnt work, and the hole wouldnt line up wit the other hole on the fuel rail thread hole, i took a picture from where it bolt in to the fuel filter
Ahhh got it, thats a JDM fuel rail, which should have a different line. If you still have the old H23 fuel rail, bolt it on there, and that hose goes to the Pass. side of the car and will fit right.
If you don't have the old one, and can't find another easily, get ahold of me, I have one sitting in my garage.

so i jus look it up on Bernardi.com, (by the way is a good site for honda parts) and im pretty sure i have the wrong hose from wha its lookin like, so ima need to buy a new one, anyone has for cheaper?
i had the same issue ther was a metal tab that is on the banjo i had to grind it off and the ther is actually 3 washers ther is 2 solid ones and then ther is the one thatlooks like a gear and the first pic is correct second is wrong and you will need to remove the line off of the fire wall (just the bolts so you will not have the pinch in the line
