Default Knocking/Clunking noise from rear passenger side

I have a 1997 Civic Lx, when I am going over 50mpg there seems to be a knocking/clunking noise from the back right wheel that comes and goes, I was wondering if someone might have a idea of what is causing this. It only happens occasionally after 50 mph, and doesn't happen when I am turning.

Thanks!

Shocks tend to knock when they go bad. Does it happen when you hit bumps?

No, doesn't happen when I hit bumps, just when coasting straight.

Get under the car and inspect. Start checking for busted bushings.
