94 civic swapped b20b????
Ok so here's the deal I had a LS motor in my 94 civic and it was beat, so I put a B20b into it. Everything went fine and when I went to start it and it just turns over and no start.
THINGS I HAVE CHECKED
-have spark
-new plugs and wires
-getting fuel
-timing is on point
-all fuses are good
-main relay clicks 3 times
-new distributor
-all grounds are good
Oh when I was putting the fuel filter in my ratchet hit the positive terminal could that have done damage to the ECU?
Only thing left to try is the ecu. Has anyone else had this issue before? any help would be appreciated.

Injectors actually spraying?
What color is the spark? It has to be bright white with a bluish tinge. Anything less than that like yellow, aint gonna cut it.

Thermostat ground, valve cover and tranny ground as well as batt. ground are all good? Triple check them. Do you have the right ECU? You could of toasted something when your wrench hit. Worth trying another one if you have access to one. Make sure you can hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the key. Check all connectors that you may have disconnected when doing the swap. It is most likely something small. I would get a tester and make sure you didn't pop any fuses.
Troubleshoot instead of replacing parts. It is cheaper and you will find the problem faster! Good luck.

Is there compression?
Checked timing with a timing light and serrvice connector jumped?
Remove the return line and check for fuel?
Swapped with the dizzy made for the same motor?
Good battery voltage when cranking?
Fresh fuel? Not been sitting for a year...
