look around for a write up or info on doing a 3-pin to 2-pin IACV conversion. Y8 manifold onto a Y7. your EX chassis harness may need to have a wire added and maybe two others swapped. i don't remember more specifics, but hopefully that will aim you in the right direction.

Not cranking or not starting? Do you have spark? Fuel? Does the CEL come on for two seconds and cut off when placing the ignition in accessory?
