96-00 civic trouble starting!

96-00 civic trouble starting!
Hey guys, i have a 96 civic ek with an 00 civic interior harness.
1. The car cranks over. i don't hear the fuel pump turn on (idk if you can or can't hear it)
2. No spark, no interior lights go on but the cluster does.
3. i can't seem to find where these plug into or it they need a relay.
