they are 14in and are enkeis and have philipines stamped on the back

The logo on the center cap, is an old Enkei wheel logo. Sadly, I do not know the model of Enkei off the top of my head. I would contact them, to see if they've got an archive of their wheel models.

Thoes are some super old school enkei mags they also come in gold
