I own 93 Honda civic coupe dx. When it has a quarter tank of fuel in it. It starts getting off the gas on its own even though I am on the gas pedal. I change spark plug wires,disturber cap,and ignition coil. Does anyone kno what I can do bc its driving me crazy. P.s when it has a full tank it barley does it.

 

Fuel pump. Probably the "sock" needs changing. Check it.

 

might as well buy a whole new pump if you have to change that.

if its not that check the filter.
whichever sounds fuel related.
