That's not an OBD1 harness, nor does it fit a '92 - '95 Civic. It's an OBD2A '96 - '98 non-vtec civic harness.

you are correct though. ive just got a bunch of harnesses. just sold a vtec obd2a i have this obd1 harness and the obd2a non vtec. thanks for pointing that out though
