My guess is $40 eBay coilovers on stock struts.
OP, if that is your setup, expect a shitty *** ride. "You get what you pay for."
Once you have some money come back and we'll help you get a nice suspension setup. Your fault for putting cheap coilovers on stock struts. Search around for some stock suspension if you want a good ride. Anything other than stock you won't have such a great ride.

Kohen gave you some good advice. I'm not a suspension expert, but I did learn a lot of useful information by searching Honda Tech, which is why I read more than I create new topics. Here are some things to think about (my opinions and many others on this site).
- Don't waste money on cheap suspension setups. You'll save money in the long run by purchasing quality units.
- If you want to slam your ride, you need high spring rates to keep from riding on your bump stops all day. High spring rates diminish ride quality.
- Ride quality is a subjective matter, so telling people you want your del sol to ride like your accord has little meaning without additional information.
- Maybe proof read your post before hitting enter. It'll make it easier for the guys on here to understand what you're talking about.
Like Kohen said, return to stock until you can afford something nicer.
