Honda CRX '88 DOHC Si Gasket Replacement
Gday Fellow Honda-Tech's,
Just new to the form n thought I'd introduce myself. Not a big motor Tech but a Big luver of CRX's and looking to learn on my first owned CRX.
SO doing a head gasket for the first time and almost have the head off. It seems like a daunting task the more I seem to strip off, hopefully I can get the girl back together!
Wonder if there are any tips or tricks peeps can offer or anything else I should tackle while I got the head off?

I've pulled apart my entire cylinder head a couple times due to the motor destroying valves from my own noobishness, and it is fairly straightforward though really annoying to do. One trick I do for the timing belt is I use whiteout to mark a few points on the belt and cam gear and then when the belt is off the head I use string to tie it to something to prevent the teeth from moving at the bottom. I can't be bothered to spend the time aligning the crank and cam at TDC when my way takes 20 seconds.
Oh, and watch your torque on the bolts. You will regret it if you don't.
