Default Tokico illumina

I just got a good deal for a Tokico illumina suspension on my 91 hatchy.
I just wanna know , Witch spring should i use for a sportive ride and a decend ride height ( 2.5 inch drop ) . Thank you guy

2.5" drop is not "decent ride height", that's getting close to slammed. 2.5" doesn't seem like much until you see the before and after. But, for that drop, look at a Race type setup. A slightly less aggressive, more comfortable spring IMO, would be a Sport type setup. Will give you roughly 1.5"-1.75" drop and be a lot more comfortable to daily drive.

As for the Illumina's, they're a great product and I thoroughly enjoyed them on my Accord with Neuspeed Sports.

i had Tokico illuminas on my old ef with eibach springs with a 2 inch drop. it was nice and low and it still rode nice

This is the ride height of my old EF with Nespeed springs on Illumina shocks. Decent drop with okay ride quality.

i just take a look at my bilstein coilspring.. OEM at left - bilstein at right.

I think i gonna buy a ajustable sleeve with highertop plate

the "bilstein" spring on the right needs an adjustable sleeve. you cant use that alone, solely in place of the OEM spring.

Tokico illumina are nice but they do go out. Ground control lifetime warranty for me.

You just talked about struts going out, then reference lifetime warranty on an adjustable sleeve? Not sure what you're getting at there.
