Custom gauge advice?

Default Custom gauge advice?

I have a 1989 Civic hatch with a b18c and im thinking about replacing and adding gauges with probably auto meter gauges for a more custom look. any adivce or info on any aspect of this anyone?

Why don't you just keep you're tach and add a stoich meter and oil pressure then be done with it......Or are you looking to do more?

Id like to do more cause my gauge cluster is a little beat as it is and my tach redlines at 5k when the motor does at i believe after 7k

just replace your gauge cluster with an EF civic Si cluster, should be plug and play, for extra gauges if you have the cash go for autometer and mount them in the din under your climate control

I have the Si cluster i believe but it didnt fit right and there was no tach, it came in the car when i bought it

The si cluster comes with a tach. The not fitting right might have been due to the fact that the 88-89 and 90-91 clusters are a different shape.

all Si clusters came with a tachometer built in, if you can't find an 88-91 gauge cluster you like. then buy a decent tachometer and wire it up,
