Default car shakes when accelerating or decalerating seems like its coming from the motor?

Hello, so my swapped ek gsr hatch shakes when i give it gas or let go, It doesnt seem to be the motor mounts, but my friend told me it can possibly be the motor mount bushings. Its more of a bog feeling like the motor is shaking. I feel it coming from the motor, especially when the car is driven for a long time. Sometimes when I put the car in neutral after a long drive it will bug out and shake. Before I take it to a mechanic I wanted too see what you think it might be. Thanks appreciate any help
