Default heater core flush?

i have a 02' accord ex v6 which as little or no heat. i changed the thermostat even though i found out the old one was good, the ac works fine and when the car is running for long and the heat is all the way to 90 degrees, luke warm air comes through the vents closest to the doors only. i was told that maybe heater needs flushing or needs replacing since it was parked for a long time. i need to flush it but i don't which hoses to disconnect to put the garden hose in.

1. can anyone show me a picture of what to disconnect or a link to a tutorial that shows what to do.

2. can you give me a link to a download of a mechanic repair manual not the owner's manual or even a cheap link to buy one

3. if not heater core the problem what else could it be.

thank you

this should be more or less the same for most cars. Go to youtube and look for "heater core flush" by eric the car guy. He put a video up for it.
