I just bought a 91 CRXsi and the sunroof closes most of the way but doesnt go down...still popped up....not sure how to fix it..

 

It could be a few things. Try to open it and lube all the linkages with some lightweight oil or silicone spray. Then run it back and forth, push it down with your hand if necessary. If it still doesn't work right after that, you probably need some parts from honda. Unfortunately, lots of sunroof parts are being discontinued so you might have to find good used. GL
