I have an 93 Del sol and my hub for the passenger side of the car is bad due to the wheel bearing spinning on the hub i was wondering seeing it is a pain to find parts for this thing what cars i can get parts off from that will work with my car Is it most civics or just certain ones?

 

Pretty much any 92-95 civic or 93-97 del sol part will be identical. Alot of 96-00 civic parts can be swapped over but there are some minor/major differences depending on what your looking for. Also the 94-01 integer parts can be swapped over but once again some parts have minor/major differences depending on what it is. If you look around a bit you'll be able to find exactly what your looking for. Most parts can be had very cheep and are not at all hard to find. Junk yards are great if you don't want to buy new.

 

Thanks this hub is a pain to get just for this car and i can get 95 civic one for 40 with the hole spindle and the one from the dealer is 150 ish with just the hub

 

Pretty much any EG chassis will swap directly. The Civic EX is going to be your most compatible vehicle... depending on whether you have rear disc or rear drum.

 

Yea I have a 93 si and if It werent for the compatibility with other cars it would be hard to get anything but new parts. Is yours an si or s? Like mitchness said if it's an si with rear disks you'll want parts from the ex or si civic. the del sol s has rear drums so for the back you would want patrs from a non ex/si unless you were doing a disk conversion. I'm pretty sure the front hubs on the del sol s and si are the same but I'm not 100% some one with more knowledge want to chime in.
