Sup yall. About a month ago i picked up a 100% Bone stock CRX SI. It has the worst Honda Cancer i have ever seen. I had to fiberglass the whole quarter by the tire. but ill post up pics later. Last night i picked up a k20 for about $500..Motor, tranny and harness... i had a old blown b18 just chillin.. and the guy traded that and $500 for the whole front clip. WINNING!!! Any way, im dropping it in the Rex. Im ganna run a Sidewinder turbo set up, but moneys tight like it is for everyone.. now i dont have a ecu.. and im kinda new to turbo.. sooo can i buy a stock ecu and get a chip? and just get a person around me to tune it? or do i have to get K-pro or K-Flash.. and is K-pro a ecu or do i send mine in?? a little help is nice.. but ill post pictures as i do my build. ill try and get a pic of the quarter tonight.. and the motor.. Good luck on the build bro, if your new to turbo let me be the first to say DONT GO CHEAP! I know its hard on a low budget but get K-Pro and you wont be dissapointed.

 

Yea.. thats alot of money.. but do i still need to buy an ECU? or just k-pro?

yo do u know if you can switch a 90 Honda Crx si intake manifold to a 90 crx d15? dose it need computer work?

 

 

You need to put kpro in a ecu I think you can buy it all from hondata for 400 so if you can find a stock ecu for less go that route for turbo or stock you could use a immoblizer bypass with stock ecu but won't work on turbo tho, this is the way I understand it anyways
