I was at an Acura dealership up in Mass today. Found a hidden gem in their showroom! It's the owner's son's car or was, and is not for sale. Apparently he raced the car and blew the engine but has since been replaced. Car was originally Phoenix Yellow the dealer claims and the front end conversion was done by a body shop.

its probably fake. especially if that "1999" sticker has anything to do with the year of the car

 

Canada had 1999 itr's

 

The VIN is JH4DC2311XS----- which means Japan, Honda, Passenger vehicle, 2dr B18C, 2dr 5 speed, Type R, 1999 Suzuka Japan.
There is a Canadian transport badge above the VIN in the door aswell

 

I can't tell - is there a caR # on the armrest badge!?

If so, the ITR registry could be searched...

 

It was blank :/ if it helps it's from Canada, is 1999, and was PY

 

Not clean at all. Engine replaced. Front end conversion. No badge #. Weird bumper. Color change. Even if it were a real R it's not a showcase piece.

Actually, 1999 canadian ITR's where all CW, PY started 2000 in canada so this car is a big pile of mixed parts if you ask me

that shift knobv & body kit are failures for surel for sure.. but the dudes son prolly did take care like he should have :\
