havn't dont mine yet, but thinking on doing it sometime soon if I can get it into our garage.
what im planning on doing, use a wire wheel attachment on an angle grinder, take all that rust outta there. Then I'll rivet a small piece of body metal on there, fill in any big cracks with some stuff-it stuff, like bondo but it has huge fibers in it. then ill sand it ouwn decent, fiberglass, sand it down again and do some small touch-ups with spot putty. hopefully it'll turn out ok. let me know if you want some pics later on after i get it done.

rivets suck.. if you can't weld it or get it welded.. just leave it alone.

my friend welded new metal and little filler and your good

Just did my HF. I welded in new sheet metal. That is the only correct way to do it. Little bit of body filler and you would never know the car had no 1/4s when I got it. If you are not experienced or have the knowledge you should get books on it or take it somewhere. I do it for a living so it wasn't a biggie for me but may be for a first timer. DO NOT pack the rust holes w/ Bondo, all this will do is make it look like shizit. The rust will return quickly and spread rapidly.

heres the easiest way to fix honda rust. Fix i am assuming you are talking about the little patches right where your back bumper meets the wheel arch.!! take you bumper off first. then grind down paint and rust with angle grinder or 3m rust remover on a da, just make sure to take it easy don't hit it too much or you will think out the metal where you plan on welding. and trust me welding paper think metal is not fun. then cut about a inch out and around the whole rust area out with a cut off wheel. and clean it all out real good. then take a piece of paper and make a template of the hole you just made in your rear quarter. take that template to an old front fender of just about any honda and i bet you can line up the angles, arch and the body lines just about perfect. trace it on fender cut it out, weld it in. go slow not to warp it though just alot of tack welds, then grind the welds smooth. go over it with evercoat short strand fiber hair everglass (green stuff like bondo but strong as hell and hard to sand) use that for strength, then go over it with regualr bondo to perfect it.. prime seal and paint. just make sure you seal inside the finder lips and inside the car with sealer and undercoating to prevent further rust.

I was reading somewhere and in Japan u can import in a set of "arches" that replace the rusted area. I guess it is such a big problem with CRXs. Anyways, the arches are pretty cheap. I believe they were only abuot $50USD per side. It's the labor that's gonna cost a lot. My friend did it to his car and it looks just like new - been 3 yrs and no signs of rust or anything showing
